I edit research papers that are submitted to peer-reviewed journals globally. They are primarily humanities and social science-based papers.
I worked in YMYL and non-YMYL categories. These encompassed Lifestyle, Beauty, and Health sections. I was tasked with editing and submitting for publishing four final copies of long-form articles within the above-mentioned sections daily.
I worked on a sponsored project (DST) titled “Communication through Folk Performing Art for Building Scientific Temper: Audio-Visual Documentation of the Contemporary Performances by Folk Artists.”
I was part of the department known as “Special Projects.” I was tasked with proofreading, copyediting, and creating databases pertaining to various school textbooks. I also quality-checked digital content associated with textbooks.
I was tasked with creating preparatory questions for various standardized tests conducted in India. I also taught students how to successfully complete these tests and also gave recorded and live lectures online.
I was a freelance content writer for several years. I have written on myriad topics, such as luxury goods, sportswear, electronics, and the hospitality industry. This experience has been essential for developing brevity and economy of language and served as a wonderful exposure to professional writing.
